PART1. FOODS THAT ARE EXCLUDED

“I ate no pleasant food; no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all till three whole weeks were fulfilled” Daniel 10:3 (NKJV).

A. “NO PLEASANT FOODS” PRINCIPLE: Avoid artificial ingredients and artificial food processing that are intended to increase gratification of our appetite, while sacrificing the natural nutritional quality.

NO REFINED OIL OR SUGAR: Due to their high caloric concentration, liberal use of refined oil or sugar can turn any otherwise healthy food into a Calorie bomb. Many vegetarians fail to achieve normal weight and optimal health, because they are using too much oil and sugar. Retrain your taste bud and you will realize that you do not need to depend on sugar or oil for taste. You will learn how to replace oil and sugar with something better through this program.
